Clint McGuire earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston in 1995 where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree. Clint then attended the South Texas College of law to become a lawyer. Clint McGuire has a vast amount of experience in railroad, personal injury, trucking accidents and commercial litigation. In his practice, which focuses on representing injured railroad workers and their families, he has prosecuted hundreds of FELA cases, including Safety Appliance Act and Locomotive Inspection Act claims, wrongful death, toxic exposure, hearing loss and repetitive or occupational injuries. Clint grew up in a railroad family. His father has been employed as a conductor for BNSF Railway Company since 1972, and his brother and other family members worked as conductors for Union Pacific Railroad Company. Clint is a member of The Texas State Bar, the American Bar Association, the Texas Bar Foundation, and the Houston Young Lawyers Association.
